hi friends! my name is liv wolfe, and i am so happy you’re here. i am a certified personal trainer (NSCA-CPT), a life long athlete, and a strong believer in wellness from a whole being perspective. throughout my own health journey from high level athletics to chronic illness to therapy to recovery, i found my healthiest self when i chose to address all three circles of my being. my own journey has been full of ups and downs, and i would love nothing more than to be your open book and share with you as you begin your own pursuit of health.

human beings are more than just a body, and so to embrace health we must embrace all aspects of our humanity. through the combination of accountability, science, and hard work, we can adopt the popular, but seemingly impossible “healthy lifestyle”.

i believe many people are living uncomfortable, complacent lives out of fear of trying and failing. they search out quick fixes because the investment is smaller and they crave instant gratification. however, again and again, time shows that lifestyle changes (and their accompanying benefits) take time and a large collection of small steps.

as a christian, i believe “God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and self control” (2 timothy 1:7). taking charge of your life, pursuing difficult goals, and treating your body as the Lord intended has a scriptural basis! our God is good and our greatest support. because He designed us with a mind, body, and soul, true health is found in acknowledging all three.
